Overview

      It solved the problem of MBR process in the operation of integrated equipment, and in particular, including serious MBR membrane flux attenuation, inconsistency between the actual flux with the design flux, difficult backwashing and off-line cleaning, and wrapped in mud, etc


Characteristics of Products

1. The effluent quality is good and stable, reaching the national standard A, the backwashing intensity is big, the frequency is adjustable, and it can prevent the growth of green algae, so that the filter cloth will not be clogged and hardened;

2. The operating cost of the fiber rotary filter is very low. The running cost of advanced treatment per ton of water is only 0.004 yuan (about 4 li) after the biochemical treatment;

3. The selected filter cloth has hydrophobicity and is not easy to clog, and the filtering precision can reach 5µm;

4. The design energy dissipation of influent weir has low disturbance, the filtration and backwashing are carried out simultaneously, and only 1% of the area of the single plate in the tank is being backwashed instantaneously. The filtration process is continuous and the anti-shock load capacity is strong;

5. The design of the backwashing system-low wear and retain the filtering effect of the deposited mud;

6. PLC automatic control system-touch screen displays running state and time, can carry out wash in single or double, the interval time and duration of the backwashing process and sludge discharge process can be controlled according to the liquid level or time, with high degree of automation, and there is no need for specially designated person to take care;

7. Fiber rotary filter is equipped with less mechanical equipment, the pump and motor clearance both operate in intermittent, when filtering, the disk is static, and only when backwashing or sludge discharging, the pump or motor operates. The filter cloth wear is small, the filter disk is easy to replace, and the replacement of a disk only takes 10 minutes;

8. The idle rate of equipment is low and the total installed power is low;

      Generally, the backwashing interval is 60 minutes, the washing time of each filter disk is 1 min, and all the filter disks are almost always in the status of filtration, so that the equipment idle rate is low;

      The accident of the pre-filter processing system has less influence on the filter, and the recovery is faster;
