2.2 The discharge standards for sewage are too low

Some manufacturers often simplify or omit water quality inspections when carrying out sewage treatment in order to expand economic benefits. In recent years, due to the strengthened monitoring capabilities of China's environmental protection departments, some enterprises and factories have used ORP, DO, PH and other methods to control water quality. However, when operating the electrical automatic control system, if the detection system detects that the water quality is still in an unqualified state, the system only receives feedback to prolong the sewage treatment time, rather than conducting another sewage quality test. This often results in the treated sewage not meeting the expected effect and being directly discharged into the environment.

2.3 Inadequate equipment maintenance

In order to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment and reduce the cost of sewage treatment, some sewage treatment equipment in our country is directly purchased from abroad. And these devices often have maintenance requirements, only after meeting the maintenance standards can the equipment be better The work aims to maximize the treatment efficiency of sewage, but currently, domestic workers have limited understanding of these equipment, making it difficult to meet the maintenance needs of the equipment, resulting in the maintenance work of the equipment being meaningless. Moreover, the cost of these devices is often very expensive, and the maintenance cost is also a huge expense, which seriously squeezes the profit space of factories and makes some sewage treatment plants inadequate.

2.4 Lack of relevant professional talents

According to statistics from relevant departments, the abilities of employees in China's sewage treatment industry are generally low, and they often go directly to work through simple training. In this case, if there is a problem with the treatment system or if the treatment equipment needs maintenance, due to a lack of professional personnel, it will result in a significant difference between the sewage treatment effect and the ideal standard.
