MBR membrane products - tubular membranes


Product Introduction

      The tubular membrane has an internal pressure embedded structure, and the separation layer materials can be designed as PVDF, PPBES, PPESK, PES, CPVC, etc. The outer layer is made of high-strength support materials such as PET or PP.


Product features

      Special epoxy resin is used to fix a certain diameter membrane tube inside the membrane shell to form a tubular membrane component. Under a certain pressure, the raw material liquid enters the inner cavity of the membrane tube, and the produced water permeates through the tube wall. The concentrated liquid is discharged from the other end of the membrane tube, with the following technical characteristics:

1. Having a dual cortical structure, the inner layer has a small and uniformly distributed pore size, while the outer layer is loose and has a high porosity;

2. Inlaid structure, with strong wear resistance and long service life;

3. The special functional layer on the inner surface has hydrophilic and smooth characteristics, and excellent anti pollution performance.


Product advantages

◆ High water flux: The membrane porosity reaches over 70%, and under the same transmembrane pressure, the flux increases by more than 30%.

◆ High separation accuracy: The separation layer has uniform membrane pores and adjustable pore sizes of 0.01~0.2um, ensuring the filtration accuracy of the membrane

◆ Low operating cost: The raw liquid inside the membrane tube flows at high speed, making it difficult for pollutants to adhere to the surface of the membrane. It has obvious advantages in water saving, drug saving, and energy conservation.

◆ Long service life: The membrane surface prepared by polar segregation process has strong hydrophilic groups, reducing pollution caused by hydrophobic pollutants. The membrane flux recovery rate is high, the pressure resistance strength is high, and the service life can reach 5-10 years.
