The debugging of MBR sewage treatment equipment mainly involves the debugging of the AO biochemical section. Before debugging, the following tasks need to be done well:

Debugging stage of MBR sewage treatment equipment:
1. The natural cultivation of activated sludge is a process of slowly cultivating active bacteria using microorganisms and sludge already present in wastewater, such as slaughterhouse wastewater, aquaculture wastewater, and food factory wastewater. Wastewater contains a large amount of microorganisms and nutrients, and this method can be considered. After the equipment is running normally, turn on aeration, set automatic operation, continuously feed water, continue aeration, and microorganisms will naturally reproduce and grow in the sewage. This method has a relatively long cultivation cycle, but it saves costs, does not require additional addition of activated sludge, and saves labor costs.
2. Indirect cultivation of activated sludge involves adding some finished activated sludge to MBR wastewater treatment equipment. Some wastewater contains relatively low nutrients and suspended solids, and the natural cultivation cycle is too long. Therefore, it is necessary to add some finished activated sludge. Large sewage treatment plants have a large amount of sludge, which is added to the anoxic and aerobic tanks of MBR sewage treatment equipment to increase the amount of sludge in the wastewater. The added sludge contains a large number of cultivated and mature bacterial strains, which will rapidly reproduce. This method has a short cultivation cycle for active bacteria, and the wastewater will quickly meet the standards, but the cost is high.
